The past forums have focused on techniques to enhance communication when having difficult conversations.
This forum will focus more inward, looking at how our identity is compromised during difficult conversations.
Participants will start by mapping their own identity and discussing how their identities influence communication styles, perceptions, and behaviors during challenging interactions.
We will then look at ways to ground one’s identity to help individuals have meaningful conversations.
