March’s FIRST Friday theme is CABIN FEVER!
Get out of the house and find the cure for Cabin Fever in downtown North Adams on FIRST Friday and support our unique local businesses, galleries, and restaurants!
Businesses will have extended hours and many galleries will be hosting openings, closings, and other special events! The following events have been planned by downtown and organizations businesses:
-MOSAIC: The Garden of Memory: A Performance by Junli Song.
Artist Junli Song invites viewers to join her in Gallery 51 as she elaborates on the installation’s narrative through a performance. | 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. | 51 Main Street
-Future Lab[s]: Opening Reception for the third annual glow show, GLOW OCEAN! Featuring the work of more than 40 member artists! | 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. | 43 Eagle Street

-Gallery North: Opening Reception featuring works by Melanie Towne Murphy Daniels. The exhibit will accompany new work by permanent gallery artists Marilyn Cavallari, Sean McCusker, Barbara Patton, Stephen Dankner, and Carol Shumans | 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. | 9 Eagle Street
